This place was fantastic! The location was ideal, within walking distance of both the train station and the messe. I could easily travel to the center of Frankfurt in just ten minutes. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and the flat-screen TV. The dining options were great - the continental breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the restaurant offered a variety of tasty dishes. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were very convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Found a place called Fennischfuchser, set quite a walk from the hotel, ate there a few times.

We had no complaints during our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we're in the area. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and the delicious food here. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! 😊

The shower is transparent to the room - no privacy if one need to share with a non-intimate companion and the underground parking space is very difficult to navigate.

Situated conveniently near the central station and ACHEMA exhibition, this hotel offers an ideal location for business travelers. Despite being in a not so pleasant area, the attentive and friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and chic decor overshadow any negative aspects. Plus, the hotel's breakfast is guaranteed to satisfy with various options available.

Guests may experience some inconvenience with the tiny and slow lift that can be time-consuming during rush hours.

The staff were great; always happy to help. Breakfast was provided even though it was after 10am. Late check out, no problem. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the main shopping precinct, 2 mins to the Station and 10 mins to the river.

We left our room at 2pm with the sign "please clean room" but the cleaner had already gone for the day so we didnt have clean towels nor a tidy room. Also, the set up for the shower is weird! Dont stay here if you are with family / or a new partner as you can see your room-mate in the shower. no privacy, no intimacy. luckly I was with my girlfriend but if I was with my sister on a family holiday it would have been weird!!!

The glass-wall bathroom is excellent, elegant, and comfortable. The room is clean and the reception is extremely friendly and helpful. The decoration of the room is thoughtful and there is even bathrobe, slipper and a safe in the room. The location is perfect and only 5 minutes walk from the main train station. It's the best hotel and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed. I am completely satisfied with this hotel and will recommend to anyone who wish to stay in Frankfurt.

The hotel was simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wifi was fast and perfect for gaming. The location was great, close to the train station and convenient for business trips. The breakfast had various options from cold to warm, perfect to start my day.

The area around the hotel at night didn't feel very safe and a bit intimidating. The noise from the lift engine was a bit loud and can be heard from my room.

Great staff, stylish hotel and pleasant rooms (although the furniture is a little cheap) quiet and very clean. Love the glass bathrooms, feels so spacious, room is actually quite large. Well maintained steam room / sauna, but nothing was operating whenever I went down.

Billing was a little confusing, even the staff thought that my breakfast was not included when I checked in but when I checked out they confirmed that it had been. A pity since I had bought breakfast next door on both days. The hotel is close to the train station and red light district. Although there are other premium hotels in the area it is not a very nice location, with drug users and pushers on the streets day and night.

Linens on the bed were comfortable, but very loud/crisp when one would move around at night. If you are not a light sleeper, shouldn't be a problem/

we've been there during the international automobile exhibition (IAA) and were very pleased with our stay. the breakfast is great - you get everything you can imagine. the restaurant offers also delicous meals. nice room with large shower. good value for money, especially considering the exhibition weekend. very good location - 5-10 minutes to the main train station and 10 minutes to the exhibition center.

only the view from the room window was not very pleasant - inner court with an abandoned and very shabby building (but who does really care - we weren't there for the seaview ;-) )

service, service, service!

the see-thru shower stall was a bit of a shock. i imagine it could be a problem for people sharing a room.
